2. Delivery address (city, street, number of the building and apartment/office);

3. Cafe where you had your meal or where you made an order (if the order was for a pick up);

4. Time when the order was fulfilled;

5. Telephone number which was indicated as a contact number;

6. Your order content;

7. Receipt or its number;

8. The point of complaint;

9. Product itself or its photo.

What can cause the refusal of analysis and decisions of your complaint:

1. Absence of one of the point (depends on the character of complaint);

2. Limitation period (complaints which are concerned about the quality of the product are analyzed in a day from the moment of receiving the order).
